Payments

How can I pay for traffic?

You can pay by credit card, Paypal or wire transfer. To proceed to a wire transfer, please contact your Account Manager or the Support staff to get ExoClick bank details.

How to check the advertising budget I have left?

To check your available funds for advertising please go to main page of your ExoClick account (the first page you can see after logging into your account) and check the first table named "Your account". You can see your account balance in the row named "Available for campaigns".

What are the minimum CPM / CPC?

CPC and CPM Prices depend on the site and the country targeted. You can check the ExoClick ratescard by clicking here. Please note that you need to be logged into your account to see that page.

How can I monitor my campaigns?

You will get detailed clicks statistics in your ExoClick Administration Panel. Click on Campaigns List for global stats. Click on the green graph of a specific campaign to check detailed stats.

What are your major sources of traffic?

Your ads will be displayed on our Publisher network composed of more than 25.000 active websites.

How can I track Sales?

ExoClick provides a pixel tag available in your Administration Panel. To create a pixel tag click on "Trackers". Give a name, an order (you can create various pixel tag to follow different steps) and click on "Add Goal". Copy the HTML tag (http or https) and paste it in the <body> of your page(s).

My campaign is not getting any clicks, why?

  • Make sure your account is funded.
  • Make sure your campaign is correctly targeted and follow ExoClick rules: Check below Advertising basic rules.
  • Make sure that you use the right ad format according to the ad spot targeted.
  • Please note that every campaign must be approved by our Support Staff before going live. This process usually takes less than 12 hours during week days and 24h during week ends.

Do you have an anti fraud system?

Yes, Exoclick platform is built to count one click per IP every 24 hours, making it impossible to spend your money by clicking several times on the same ad (bots, click farms, etc). We also control every publisher manually to ensure the best quality traffic.

I observe discrepencies between Exoclick and other analytic platforms.

Several analytic platforms (such as Google analytics) can take up to 24 hours to update their data. Exoclick ad serving platform do it in real time (1 hour at most). Also, you should take into account that our statistics are based on the Eastern Time Zone.

Can you create, manage and optimize my campaigns from your side?

The ExoClick platform was designed to work as a self service media buying platform. 90% of our Advertisers manage their campaigns by themselves and find the platform very user friendly.
However, we can assign you an Advertiser Account Manager to help you to create, manage and optimize your campaigns for free. To benefit from our personalized help your advertising budget must reach a minimum of 30.000 USD/EUR per month.

As an Advertiser, do I need to "Add a Site" and "create an Ad Zone"?

No you don't. This is strictly reserved to our Publishers. As an Advertiser you just need to load your account with money and create your campaigns through the Marketplace.

Advertiser hereby indemnifies ExoClick S.L and warrants that non of the advertising provided:
(a)Violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation or promotes illegal activities,
(b)Contains child pornography or other obscene materials;
(c)Involves unfair, fraudulent or misleading business practices or unfair competition under state, federal or national country law;
(d)Involves any computer program, file, data stream or other materials that unlawfully intrude on a consumer's privacy;
(e)Violates 18 U.S.C section 2257 et seq. and its regulation, which is related to sexually explicit content.

My campaign was rejected, why?

Our Support Staff in charge of campaign approval usually contact our Advertisers to explain why their ad was rejected. Check you emails and spambox. If not, contact our support: support@exoclick.com
