Payments
What payment methods do you support?
Paypal and Wire transfer.
What is the minimum payout?
If you are in the Euro Zone:
20 EUR for Paypal.
500 EUR for Wire Transfer.
If you are outside the Euro Zone (USA, Canada, rest of the world).
20 USD for credit card and Paypal.
500 USD for Wire Transfer.
How can I change my minimum payout?
Log into your Administration Panel. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. Drag the page. You'll see: "Publisher Payment Information" Choose your favorite Payment Method and the Minimum Payout you want.
When I get paid?
Paypal payments are sent every Monday. Payments are NET-7: Earnings of Week 1 are paid at the beginning of Week 3. Please note that your payment is generated automatically and sent if your minimum payout has been reached (To check/modify your minimum payout, go to your Administration Panel, click on "My Account" and select your payout from 20 to 20.000 EUR/USD).
Wire transfers are sent on a NET 20 basis. If minimum payout is reached.
You can check your payments history from the admin panel.
Why am I not getting my payment?
Make sure your account is approved. Check our Rules of use. You also have to fill-in all your account and payment information from the admin panel. Last but not least, you need to reach the minimum payout for the payment period.
Can I work with ExoClick if I'm working as an Individual?
Yes, you can work with us without having a company. You will just need to give your full name as "Company Name" and we will require your ID card number or Passport number so we can proceed to payments.
Referral Program
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we call it "Referral Program" and you can find your referral link in our admin panel under Publishers > Referral Program. You will get a 5% bonus on the revenue generated by your referrals, lifetime.
Earnings and Statistics
What statistics will I get?
You will get detailed impressions and clicks statistics by web site, country, date, etc... Statistics are refreshed every 15 minutes.
How much do you pay per thousand impressions?
There is no real answer to this question. The RPM (Revenue per Mille) is dynamic and will vary following different parameters: quality of the traffic, position of the adspot, country of origin, content of your site, etc...
Approval Process
How can I get approved?
Publisher approval is done manually by our Support Staff. Our staff review every single site on a regular basis (not only once) to check if our Publishers meet ExoClick Approval Conditions.
If your 1st payment was generated, this means that your account was approved.
If NOT, please make sure that you follow our Approval Conditions and make sure that all your account information were filled correctly. If you have any doubt please contact: support@exoclick.com specifying your login and the date of sign up.
Rules of Use
Does ExoClick accept adult, gambling, torrents and streaming sites?
We do. But every site is reviewed by our Support staff before being approved/rejected. Please check ExoClick approval conditions.
Can I ask the visitors of my site to click on ExoClick Ads?
No, this is a violation of our Rules of Use. I such abuses are detected, your account will be closed without previous noticed by our Support Staff and pending payouts will be confiscated. Please check ExoClick approval conditions.
I haven't reached the minimum payout. Can I get paid?
No. Payments are processed automatically. To receive your payout you must generate at least the minimum set in your account.
Domain Parking
What are ExoClick nameservers?
To use our domain parking, please change your nameservers to:
NS1.EXOCLICK.COM
NS2.EXOCLICK.COM
You also have to add your domains to your ExoClick account. Log into your account and choose Publishers > Domain Parking from the left menu.
Miscenallous
Do you have an XML Feed for your text ads?
Yes, but only for specific search traffic integrations. Please remember the XML Feed is an advanced integration, used for large sites only. Our ads boxes should work great for you in 99.99% of the cases. Make sure you comply with the requirements if you request the XML Feed.
Requirements for the XML Feed
1. Your site or network should receive 10,000+ visitors daily.
2. Your site or network should generate 2,000+ clicks daily.
3. Main countries should be USA, Canada, or European countries.
4. Your traffic has to be natural. No incentives to generate clicks. Programs such as PTR, PTC, etc... are NOT accepted.
5. Sites under construction are not accepted.
Information to provide
When requesting the XML feed, please provide the following information. Try to be as accurate and complete as possible so your request can be answered quickly.
1. Your ExoClick login and company name.
2. Unique visitors/day.
3. Queries/day.
4. Clicks/day to expect.
5. Full list of URLs where our ads will appear.
6. Top countries.
7. Top markets. (E.g. Gambling, Video Games, Mobile, Adult...)
8. Traffic sources. How do you generate your traffic. (E.g. Search Engines, affiliates, advertising, SEO...)
9. Provide examples of these sources. For example if you do SEO, provide example of pages indexed in search engines.
10. If you are working with affiliates, please explain how it works and give us examples of your top affiliates.

I have placed your ad boxes, but I don't see any ads. Why?
Our ads are geo-targeted and there might be no campaigns running for your location and category. Please contact your account manager to improve your ad coverage.
Also check the size of the available ad spaces on your website, they might not fit on the advertiser banners or ad texts.
